1. The participant must

• Be 18 years or older
• Have experience in sanding wooden floors

2. Participation is free of charge. Registration takes place exclusively online at www.laegler.com

3. The contest is limited to participants from the USA.

4. The winners amongst all of the online registrations will be drawn privately at LÄGLER in Güglingen-Frauenzimmern. The lot will be decisive.

5. All winners will then be informed by email.

6. The winners will be announced on the Internet site www.laegler.com, in trade journals and in the LÄGLER customer magazine. 

7. The winners declare their agreement to this publication.

8. The prize is not transferable and cannot be changed into cash.

9. A legal appeal of the drawing is prohibited.

10. The dates of the trip are fixed and cannot be moved. If a winner cannot attend on the dates – for personal or any other reasons – there is no legal claim to a prize and/or compensation.

11. The personal information provided during registration will be used and processed according to the valid data protection conditions legal in Germany. German law is applicable.

12. In order to participate in the contest, the participation conditions and the valid privacy policy must be accepted. The participants are free to revoke their agreement to the storing of data and thus withdraw from participation. The data entered will be saved and further processed by LÄGLER. The saved data will not be provided to unauthorized third parties. The participants hereby expressly declare their agreement.
