According to the Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act ElektroG, which applies in Germany, every manufacturer is obliged to provide a reasonable opportunity for taking back waste electrical equipment from users other than private households.
We, Eugen Lägler GmbH, take responsibility for the machines (electrical equipment) we sell and recycle them after use. For old machines (waste electrical equipment) that have been used commercially or in public institutions - so-called B2B devices - we have provided take-back and disposal solutions for our customers. We cooperate with the electronics recycling company ALBA Electronics Recycling GmbH. Together with our recycling partners, we organize the preparation for reuse, recycling and recovery of the end-of-life machines. In doing so, we assume the costs for the preparation, recycling and recovery of the machines we produce (with the exception of historical old machines / waste electrical equipment). In return, our customers bear the costs of transporting the old machines to our plant in Güglingen-Frauenzimmern.
